Privacy policy
Short version: this website does not track you, and we only use what you send us to answer your request.
What the Request a Bid form collects
The form asks for your name, company, role, phone, email, job location, number of homes or lots, services needed, target start date and any notes. When you submit it, those details are saved on our web host and emailed to our office. We also record the time and your IP address, which we use only to block automated spam.
How we use it
We use the details you send only to respond to your request: to price the work, call or email you back, and schedule the job if you hire us. We do not sell or share them with anyone for marketing.
What this website does not do
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and loads nothing from outside services. Bid requests are stored in a private file that is not reachable from the web. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, to run and secure the site.
